Questions
Do you take a percentage of my payments?
No. Clients pay into your own Stripe account and the money is yours. Shutterflow charges only the monthly price of your plan. Stripe charges its standard card fees, the same as it would anywhere else.
What counts as a contract on the free plan?
A contract you send to a client. Proposals, questionnaires and invoices don't count towards the limit, and neither do drafts.
What happens when I reach a free-plan limit?
You can't send more until the next month starts, or until you upgrade. There are no overage charges, so you never get a surprise bill.
How do my clients pay?
By card, through Stripe, on a page with your logo and colour. You connect your Stripe account once from Settings. Invoices can be in Australian or US dollars.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your clients, jobs and signed contracts stay where they are.
Where is my data stored?
In Sydney, Australia. Each studio's data is walled off from every other studio's at the database itself, not just in the app.
